Ida Wolf

Ida Wolf has been "Vice President Innovations & Operations Development" of Mercedes-Benz AG since February 2026. In this role, she is responsible for central governance and steering topics within Research & Development, thereby playing a decisive role in shaping the prerequisites for its strategic alignment.

Among other things, she unites cross-divisional competencies and perspectives from innovation, operations, sustainability, as well as testing and endurance trials, thus sustainably strengthening the innovative power and future viability of Mercedes-Benz.

Previously, Ida held various leadership positions across different departments in both technical and business contexts. Most recently, she headed the Corporate Office and served as "Chief of Staff" to the Chairman of the Board of Management.
