Johannes Grabowski

Dipl.-Ing. (FH), MBE Johannes Grabowski is a corporate innovation leader and Head of Open Bosch at Bosch Ventures. Since joining the Bosch Group in 2005, he has evolved from engineering into a driving force for innovation, building ventures, spin-offs, and global startup collaboration programs. He co-founded startups in Silicon Valley, led robotics initiatives as an intrapreneur, and taught innovation at university level. Today, he is responsible for shaping and scaling Bosch’s Venture Client model globally. Johannes focuses on the intersection of corporate innovation, venture clienting, venture building, venture capital and applied AI, helping organizations translate emerging technologies into tangible business impact.
