Muhammet Sebul Beratoğlu is the Founder & CEO of Divit, a computer-vision and AI company spun off from Istanbul Technical University (ITU), where he also serves as a researcher. Founded in 2004, Divit built Türkiye's first domestic license-plate recognition system; today, more than 2,000 of its smart cameras are deployed nationwide across traffic enforcement, airports, seaports, and retail analytics. At Expo 2026, he presents DivitFaceScan — a contactless health-sensing technology developed with Togg that reads vital signs such as heart rate, HRV, and stress from a 30-second face scan, using the vehicle's existing in-cabin camera.
