Revolutionising high temperature composite materials
Today's design performance is constrained by the limitations of existing materials, forcing engineers to make trade-offs between weight, thermal capability, and cost. This compromise has become a critical bottleneck for next-generation systems. Our Inorganic Matrix Composites (IMCs) overcome these limitations through a novel matrix technology, enabling superior performance across all three dimensions, key attributes of our technology include: • Withstands temperatures up to 1400°C for extreme heat applications. • Low density (1.3–2.0 g/cm³) delivering lightweight performance. • Manufacturable via autoclave, oven cure, or press moulding processes. • Compatible with multiple fibres including glass, carbon, basalt, mineral, and alumina. • Cost parity with carbon–epoxy composites. • Non-combustible and inorganic, eliminating smoke emissions for enhanced safety. • Can be co-moulded with PMCs to create structural parts.
