From AI Pilots to Practice: Lessons from Insurance and Beyond

AI is moving beyond experimentation – but many organizations still face the same question: how can promising pilots become useful, trusted and scalable applications?

In this 45-minute roundtable, we will share practical insights from our work in the GenAI Hub 4 Insurance and the GenAI Hub Leipzig. Drawing on real use cases, project experience and our own prototypes, we will explore how AI can support customer understanding, innovation processes, internal enablement and use case development.

The session will include examples such as AI personas for simulating customer perspectives, AI use case, awareness and sensitization formats, and lessons learned from working with insurers in a highly regulated environment. Together with participants, we will discuss opportunities, risks and success factors for moving from experimentation to implementation.
